You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to interface effectively with professionals at all levels. Your analytical skills enable you to translate business plans into the necessary human resource capabilities to achieve results.

You have a passion for creating engaging and respectful work environments, and you understand the importance of workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management. You are customer-obsessed and innovative, always looking for ways to improve the HR function within your organization. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can adapt your strategies to meet the needs of a fast-growing business.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with senior business leaders to develop their talent strategy, ensuring it aligns with the goals of the Last Mile Delivery Operations. You will drive organizational design and workforce planning initiatives, helping to shape the future of the teams you support. Your responsibilities will include coaching leaders on performance management and skills assessment, as well as implementing talent management strategies that foster employee engagement and development.

You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that HR strategies are effectively communicated and executed. Your role will involve analyzing workforce data to identify trends and areas for improvement, allowing you to make informed recommendations to leadership. You will also play a key role in succession planning, ensuring that the organization is prepared for future growth and challenges.

What we offer

Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $130,000.00 - $175,900.00 USD annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) matching program, paid time off, and parental leave.
