What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the strategic HR thought partner to the VP and executive leadership of SCOT, shaping people strategies that drive business transformation. You will lead initiatives focused on organizational design and effectiveness, ensuring that the organization is well-positioned to capitalize on AI and emerging technologies. Your responsibilities will include architecting next-generation talent frameworks and designing innovative organizational models that promote cross-functional collaboration. You will spearhead cultural transformation initiatives that encourage calculated risk-taking and entrepreneurial thinking. Additionally, you will provide executive oversight to HR Centers of Excellence, ensuring the integrated delivery of transformational people programs that enhance organizational health and employee experience.
