What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of service technicians in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will oversee the maintenance of material handling equipment (MHE) and facility systems, ensuring they meet operational standards. Your responsibilities will include developing training plans for technicians and managing vendor relationships for planned and emergency repairs. You will also be involved in project management, coordinating efforts to implement new systems and improve existing ones. Your leadership will be crucial in driving continuous improvement initiatives within the operations maintenance team, ensuring that all equipment is reliable and efficient.
