What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of service technicians, overseeing the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will develop training plans to enhance the skills of your team and ensure they are prepared for both planned and emergency repairs. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and managing MHE and facility equipment, ensuring that all systems operate smoothly and efficiently.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders to design solutions for complex problems, driving continuous improvement initiatives within the Operations Maintenance team. Your project management skills will be put to use as you oversee vendor activities and coordinate maintenance schedules.
