Your experience includes setting clear expectations for your team, measuring performance, and providing constructive feedback to ensure accountability and continuous improvement. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with support staff across various functions to secure resources and support for your initiatives.

What you'll do

As a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the site, including budget management and team development. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, driving performance and ensuring that operational objectives are met. Your role will involve creating quality initiatives and process changes to enhance the functional area and the Fulfillment Center as a whole.

You will set and clarify requirements for your team, measuring their performance and holding them accountable for achieving departmental goals. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will ensure that best practices are shared across all departments and shifts. You will collaborate with various support staff, including HR, Finance, and IT, to build and secure the necessary resources for your projects and initiatives.
