What you'll do

As a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, you will oversee all budgetary and operational objectives at the Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, setting clear expectations and measuring performance to ensure accountability. Your role will involve developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency and enable the Fulfillment Center to consistently achieve business objectives.

You will take proactive steps to share best practices across departments and shifts, ensuring that your team is aligned and working towards common goals. Collaborating closely with support staff in HR, Finance, and IT, you will ensure that operational processes are optimized and that your team has the resources they need to succeed.

What we offer

Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $121,500.00 - $182,700.00 annually, depending on location and experience.
