Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading product strategies that enhance customer experiences. You are a bar-raising communicator, both verbal and written, and have the ability to influence across stakeholder teams to drive alignment. Your leadership skills are well-respected within the business, and you excel at articulating complex problems and proposed solutions. You possess high judgment to ensure the right leaders are involved in decisions and are regularly informed on progress. You are adept at aligning teams towards clear priorities and advocating for investments that deliver large, complex business initiatives.
Desirable
Experience in e-commerce or retail technology is a plus, as is familiarity with catalog management and customer experience optimization. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. A background in data-driven decision-making and user research will help you succeed in this role.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Amazon, you will lead the Product Strategy for RBS Growth Products, focusing on identifying Shopping Mission defects that lead to customer drop-off. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that enhance the customer shopping experience. Your role will involve conducting user research, defining success metrics, and prioritizing product features based on customer feedback and business goals. You will also be responsible for managing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and advocating for necessary investments in product development.
You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure that product initiatives are executed effectively and meet customer needs. Regularly communicating progress and updates to stakeholders will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also analyze product performance data to inform future enhancements and drive continuous improvement.
