You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within a technology-driven environment. You are a bar-raising communicator, both verbal and written, and have a proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve shared goals. Your ability to articulate complex problems and propose effective solutions is a key strength, and you possess high judgment to ensure the right leaders are involved in decision-making processes. You thrive in environments where you can advocate for investment in large, complex business initiatives and have experience in navigating stakeholder dynamics effectively.
Desirable
Experience in e-commerce or retail technology is a plus, as is familiarity with catalog management systems. You are comfortable working with data and metrics to inform product decisions and have a strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors. What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Amazon, you will lead the Product Strategy for RBS Growth Products, focusing on enhancing customer experience and enabling Selling Partners to grow their businesses. You will work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to identify Shopping Mission defects that lead to customer drop-off and develop solutions to address these issues. Your role will involve defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and ensuring that teams are aligned towards clear objectives. You will also be responsible for tracking progress against shared goals and advocating for necessary investments to drive product success.
You will engage in regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on product development and gathering feedback to refine strategies. Your ability to navigate complex organizational structures will be essential as you work to align teams and drive initiatives forward. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall product culture at Amazon.
