You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within technology or SaaS environments — you've successfully managed product lifecycles from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify market opportunities and drive product innovation, particularly in AI-driven solutions.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to inform decisions — you understand how to leverage metrics to assess product performance and guide future enhancements. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams ensures that everyone is aligned and working towards common objectives.
You are passionate about enhancing user experiences and driving customer satisfaction — you have a knack for understanding user needs and translating them into actionable product features. Your collaborative spirit enables you to work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional products.

Experience with AI technologies or platforms is a plus — you are familiar with the latest trends in AI and how they can be applied to improve revenue productivity. What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of a critical revenue-generating product within Mindtickle's platform — you will drive product growth by identifying opportunities for enhancement and ensuring that the product meets the evolving needs of customers. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and implement features that enhance user engagement and retention.
You will also contribute strategically to the development of Mindtickle's next-generation AI platform — your insights will help shape the vision for AI-driven experiences that boost productivity for sales and revenue organizations. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and managing stakeholder expectations throughout the product development process.
Your role will involve conducting user research and gathering feedback to inform product decisions — you will analyze market trends and competitor offerings to ensure that Mindtickle remains a leader in the revenue enablement space. You will also work closely with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the value of the product to potential customers.
