Overview
Scribe is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own key areas of the core product experience. You'll work closely with engineers and designers to build a roadmap and drive projects from ideation to launch. This role requires strong collaboration and outcome-driven mindset.
Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a tech startup environment — you've successfully led product initiatives from concept to launch and understand the importance of user feedback in shaping product direction. You are outcome-driven and have a track record of using data to inform decisions and validate product roadmaps. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively present strategies to stakeholders, including C-suite executives, and engage with users to gather insights. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering and design teams to push the quality bar for products. You are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and are excited about the potential of Workflow AI platforms.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own a key area of Scribe's core product experience, focusing on capturing and creating beautiful documents. You will build and iterate on a product roadmap that aligns with the company's vision, continuously incorporating feedback from customers and market trends. You will partner closely with engineering and design teams to drive projects from ideation to launch, ensuring that each release meets high-quality standards. You will measure the impact of every release, using data-driven insights to inform future product decisions. As the face of Scribe, you will engage with users daily, responding to feature requests and maintaining a pulse on the product's performance. Your role will be pivotal in executing Scribe's promise to be the best Workflow AI platform.
