Desirable
Experience in the streaming media industry or with connected TV platforms is a plus. Familiarity with campaign automation and personalization strategies will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to the Fire TV team. A background in data integration and analytics tools will also be beneficial as you work to maximize value for customers and advertisers.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the content automation vision for Fire TV, leading the strategy and roadmap for initiatives that enhance user engagement through personalized content delivery. You will collaborate with engineering teams to design systems that enable seamless content discovery and maximize user interaction. Your responsibilities will include developing business requirements for campaign automation and ensuring that the UI surfaces relevant content across all marketplaces. You will analyze user data to inform your strategies and continuously iterate on your approach to improve the customer experience. You will also work closely with advertising teams to monetize user engagement effectively, leveraging insights to drive advertising strategies that align with user preferences. Your role will involve regular presentations to senior leadership, where you will share progress and insights from your initiatives. You will be a key player in shaping the future of Fire TV, ensuring that it remains the most loved connected TV experience globally.
