Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, particularly in developing retention strategies that resonate with customers. Your analytical mindset allows you to dive deep into customer data, uncovering insights that drive strategic decisions. You excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment towards common goals and fostering a culture of accountability.

Your expertise in customer research equips you to serve as a subject matter expert on churn and engagement metrics. You possess strong ownership instincts, enabling you to build mechanisms that direct target setting and strategy execution effectively. You are comfortable working with data science teams to evolve predictive customer behavior models, ensuring that your strategies are data-driven and impactful.

What you'll do

In this pivotal role, you will develop comprehensive insights into customer churn drivers across various device types and lifecycle stages. You will create strategic frameworks that translate complex data into actionable retention strategies, driving global retention improvements by engaging with marketplace leaders and business teams. Your responsibilities will include owning the global monthly business review mechanism to highlight risks and drive progress on retention inputs.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align global roadmaps and marketing initiatives, ensuring that all stakeholders are on the same page. Your role will also involve building mechanisms with senior leadership to direct target setting and strategy execution, making you a key player in shaping the future of Fire TV engagement.

What we offer

At Amazon, we provide a competitive salary range of $142,800.00 - $193,200.00 USD annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
