Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the financial services or payments sector. Your background includes a strong understanding of product and tech program management, and you thrive in entrepreneurial environments where ambiguity is common. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are adept at leading large projects and have a proven track record of delivering results that enhance customer experience.
You are familiar with the competitive landscape in Japan, which enables you to make informed decisions that align with market needs. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, marketing, and legal, ensures that you can drive initiatives from ideation through to execution. You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get the job done while also managing high-level strategic initiatives.
Desirable
Experience in the co-branded credit card space or similar financial products would be a plus. Familiarity with customer experience improvement strategies and a data-driven approach to decision-making will help you excel in this role.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of high-visibility projects aimed at improving the customer experience for Japanese co-branded credit card users.
