Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within a consumer-focused environment. You possess a strong understanding of product strategy and lifecycle management, having successfully led product initiatives from concept to launch. Your analytical mindset allows you to evaluate market opportunities and identify unmet customer needs effectively. You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to deliver high-quality product experiences. You have a proven track record of driving product innovations that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering value to customers.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Prime Benefits, defining the vision and roadmap for product development. You will partner with engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and prioritize features that align with customer needs and business goals. Your responsibilities will include evaluating trade-offs and making decisions that lead to the best outcomes for customers. You will collaborate closely with global Prime product teams to assess new benefit concepts and develop integration strategies. Your work will directly influence how millions of customers perceive and derive value from their Prime membership, ensuring that the benefits portfolio evolves to meet their changing needs. You will also be responsible for developing a long-term roadmap for enhancing existing benefits and introducing new ones, ensuring alignment with both customer expectations and business objectives.
