Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the technology or SaaS sectors — you've successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products that drive user engagement and revenue growth. Your background includes a strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in enhancing business processes.
You are data-driven and possess a keen analytical mindset — you can interpret complex data sets to inform product decisions and measure success. Your experience includes working closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that product features align with user needs and business objectives.
You excel in stakeholder management and communication — you can articulate product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your collaborative approach fosters strong relationships across departments, ensuring alignment and support for product initiatives.
You are passionate about user experience and understand the importance of customer feedback — you actively seek insights from users to iterate on product features and improve overall satisfaction. Your ability to balance user needs with business goals is a key strength.
Desirable
Experience in sales or revenue operations is a plus, as it provides you with a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by sales teams. Familiarity with workflow automation tools and platforms will enhance your ability to contribute to Outreach's mission.

You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to develop and launch new features — your hands-on approach will involve participating in sprint planning and providing guidance throughout the development process. You will also conduct user research and A/B testing to validate product hypotheses and inform future iterations.
You will engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback — your ability to synthesize this information will help shape product direction and ensure that Outreach continues to meet the evolving needs of its users. You will also represent the product in cross-functional meetings, advocating for necessary resources and support.
