Who you are
You have a strong background in signal integrity and power integrity engineering, with a focus on high-speed channel simulations and PCB layout optimization. Your experience includes utilizing simulation tools such as MATLAB, Cadence, ADS, and HFSS to evaluate performance and troubleshoot complex designs. You possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling you to interact effectively with cross-functional teams. Your decisive yet collaborative approach allows you to balance technical constraints with business and manufacturing considerations. You have a problem-solving mindset, capable of troubleshooting and resolving SI/PI-related challenges efficiently. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to innovative cloud solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play a key part in the definition, design, and validation of AWS's next-generation machine learning ASICs. You will perform end-to-end high-speed channel simulations to ensure signal integrity across complex designs. Conducting SI/PI analysis will be essential to optimize PCB layouts, minimizing losses and signal degradation. You will collaborate closely with hardware teams to create customized platforms that fit within AWS's world-leading technology. Your responsibilities will also include evaluating performance using advanced simulation tools and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the design process. You will have the opportunity to participate in the design and execution of all SI-related topics, contributing to the success of innovative cloud solutions.
