You have 3+ years of experience in signal and power integrity, bringing hands-on expertise in simulation tools like Hspice, Cadence, and HFSS. Your background includes working with advanced packaging technologies, PCB design, and power delivery systems, allowing you to tackle complex technical challenges with confidence.

You possess a strong understanding of die capacitors, SOC power, and 3D/2.5D EMIR, which enables you to contribute effectively to the design and execution of innovative solutions. Your passion for hardware knowledge and data-driven decision-making drives you to excel in collaborative environments, where you can make a meaningful impact on global customer solutions.

What you'll do

As a Signal/Power Integrity Engineer, you will play a key role in the definition, design, and validation of AWS's next-generation machine learning ASICs. You will collaborate across diverse teams and projects, addressing technical challenges at every layer of the design process. Your responsibilities will include participating in the design and execution of all SI-related topics, ensuring that the customized platforms fit within AWS's world-leading technology.

You will engage with various teams to solve challenging technical problems, often ones that have never been solved before. Your role will require you to bring a strategic design leadership approach, combining your technical expertise with innovative thinking to drive the development of cutting-edge solutions.
