What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the roadmap and requirements for Amazon Leo, focusing on the technical design of embedded components for satellite hardware. You will work closely with peer teams and customers to design suitable software systems and interfaces that meet mission needs. Your strategic planning will guide the growth of your team, both in terms of software services and organizational structure.

You will lead the hiring process to build a diverse team of software engineers, ensuring that each member is equipped to contribute to the mission of delivering reliable internet connectivity. You will collaborate with your team to design mission-critical systems in low Earth orbit, leveraging your technical expertise to guide the development process.
