Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in technical program management, particularly in data quality and large-scale systems. Your background includes working with Generative AI technologies and you understand the complexities of managing product information at scale. You excel at translating business requirements into technical specifications and have a proven track record of coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data-driven metrics to measure success. Your experience includes establishing technical requirements around accuracy and performance, ensuring that all initiatives align with business goals. You are adept at creating implementation plans that span multiple systems and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to quality metrics.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the technical execution and strategy for data quality initiatives within Amazon's Catalog Data Quality organization. You will collaborate closely with applied scientists, software development managers, and engineers to define how models are selected and deployed for various quality measurement tasks. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the design, development, testing, and deployment of GenAI-powered quality capabilities across multiple engineering teams.

You will establish robust technical requirements and create implementation plans that ensure seamless integration of quality pipelines into Amazon's catalog infrastructure. Your work will directly impact how customers discover, compare, and purchase products on Amazon, making it a critical role in the company's ecommerce strategy.
