You have 5+ years of experience in technical program management, particularly in data-driven environments, where you've successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects. Your background includes a strong understanding of Generative AI technologies and their application in enhancing product data. You excel at translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Your expertise in AWS and cloud technologies allows you to design scalable solutions that meet high-performance standards. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with applied scientists, software development managers, and engineers. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for establishing robust technical requirements around latency, performance, and quality metrics.
What you'll do
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will own the technical execution and strategy for product data enrichment workstreams within Amazon's Catalog Systems. You will be responsible for developing enrichment strategies that maximize ROI while maintaining high-quality product data. Your role will involve coordinating the design, development, testing, and deployment of Generative AI-powered enrichment capabilities across multiple engineering teams.
You will work closely with applied scientists and engineers to define how models are selected and deployed for various enrichment tasks. Establishing implementation plans that span multiple systems will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring seamless integration of enrichment pipelines into Amazon's catalog infrastructure. You will also focus on ensuring predictability and transparency for users who want to enrich product data, making your contributions vital to the future of ecommerce product data.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $148,700.00 - $201,200.00 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including dental, vision, and prescription coverage, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
