What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of the Amazon Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team, leading onsite injury prevention efforts. You will conduct comprehensive workplace evaluations to identify and eliminate potential hazards before they cause harm. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing targeted ergonomic interventions based on risk assessment findings and injury trends. You will drive injury prevention through advanced data analysis and evidence-based solutions, ensuring that the workplace remains safe for all associates. Additionally, you will champion a culture of proactive health and injury prevention through innovative training programs and hands-on coaching. You will work closely with associates to improve physical movement techniques and engage them in safety practices.
