Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in workplace health and safety, with experience in injury prevention strategies and ergonomic training. You are passionate about creating safe work environments and have a proven track record of implementing effective safety programs. Your analytical skills allow you to transform complex injury data into actionable strategies that protect associates and optimize work processes. You are a strong communicator, capable of delivering engaging training programs and hands-on coaching to promote a culture of proactive health and injury prevention.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be part of the local Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team, leading onsite injury prevention and proactive safety initiatives. You will conduct comprehensive workplace evaluations to identify and eliminate potential hazards before they cause harm. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing targeted ergonomic interventions based on risk assessment findings and injury trends. You will champion a culture of proactive health and injury prevention through innovative training programs and hands-on coaching, working closely with associates to improve physical movement techniques and prevent injuries.
What we offer
Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $70,400.00 - $95,700.00 USD annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) matching program, paid time off, and parental leave.
