What you'll do

In this role, you will lead onsite injury prevention efforts at an Amazon Fulfillment Center. You will conduct comprehensive workplace evaluations to identify potential hazards and implement targeted ergonomic interventions based on risk assessments. Your responsibilities will include transforming complex injury data into actionable strategies that protect associates and optimize work processes. You will also champion a culture of proactive health and injury prevention through innovative training programs and hands-on coaching.
