What you'll do
As the Site Maintenance Area Manager, you will lead a team responsible for the maintenance and improvement of logistics equipment at the fulfillment center. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the reliability and efficiency of equipment, which includes overseeing maintenance tasks and implementing improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with equipment manufacturers to negotiate improvements and supervise maintenance work.
You will also be responsible for training and developing maintenance technicians, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their roles effectively.
