Who you are
You are a motivated leader with engineering experience in production or logistics equipment maintenance. You possess a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and production engineering principles, and have a proven track record of improving equipment reliability and performance. You have experience managing teams and are customer-focused, ensuring that operations run smoothly to meet customer needs.
You have a background in equipment maintenance and improvement, ideally within a logistics or manufacturing environment. Your technical expertise allows you to collaborate effectively with senior technicians and engineering teams to address equipment issues and implement preventive measures. You are skilled in training and developing team members, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
What you'll do
As the Site Maintenance Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing maintenance operations across multiple delivery stations. You will lead a team of senior technicians, ensuring that all logistics equipment is maintained and optimized for performance. You will oversee maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines.
You will work closely with equipment vendors and engineering teams to negotiate improvements and oversee project implementations. Your role will involve analyzing equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
