What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team responsible for the maintenance and reliability of logistics equipment at the fulfillment center. You will develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment performance, safety, and productivity. Collaborating with equipment manufacturers, you will negotiate improvements and oversee installation projects. You will also be responsible for training maintenance technicians, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively. Your role will involve managing parts procurement and inventory, as well as overseeing asset management to support operational needs.
