What you'll do
As a Senior Site Process Engineer at Amazon, your day will begin with analyzing performance data from previous shifts to identify areas for improvement. You will spend time on the Fulfillment Center floor, observing processes firsthand and connecting with associates to understand their daily challenges. You will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing network performance and drive process stabilization across European Fulfillment Centers. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to implement technological advancements that streamline operations. You will be responsible for minimizing performance variation between shifts, buildings, and regions, ensuring that Amazon continues to meet its customer promises.
