What you'll do
As a Software Development Manager at Amazon Leo, you will lead the software team responsible for building and deploying the Point of Presence software that delivers broadband internet services. You will work closely with product and business teams to define requirements and drive the roadmap, leveraging Amazon's AWS network resources to connect users to public and private networks.
You will collaborate with peer teams and customers to design suitable software systems and interfaces that fulfill Amazon Leo's networking goals. Your strategic planning skills will be essential in guiding the growth of the team, ensuring that both software development and integrated mission outcomes are prioritized.
In this role, you will also aid in the design of mission-critical systems, integrating various system elements, both hardware and software.
