What you'll do

In this role, you will drive the technology vision for creating a 1-click employee experience that simplifies how Amazonians manage their professional and personal life events. You will be responsible for building new capabilities and extending existing services to create a seamless support experience. Your work will involve orchestrating resolutions across multiple organizations to ensure that employees have access to the support they need with minimal effort. You will also be tasked with developing a three-year architectural plan that balances long-term goals with immediate impacts. As a mentor, you will coach your peers on engineering excellence and leadership principles, promoting a culture of experimentation and learning within your team. You will collaborate closely with other teams to ensure that the solutions you develop are comprehensive and user-friendly, ultimately enhancing the overall employee experience at Amazon.
