What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of a 1-click employee experience platform, enabling Amazonians to manage their life events effortlessly. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build new capabilities and adapt existing services, ensuring a seamless experience for users. Your responsibilities will include driving the architectural vision for the technology, making tradeoff decisions, and mentoring fellow engineers on best practices.
