Your understanding of Agile methodologies allows you to lead your team in an Agile/Scrum environment, ensuring efficient project execution and delivery. You are passionate about technology and continuously seek to improve processes and systems to enhance team performance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall systems development life cycle, from strategy development to execution. You will lead your engineering team in delivering high-quality Manga services and features on the Amazon Japan website across all platforms. Your responsibilities include developing long-term strategies for your programs and translating them into achievable roadmaps and action plans. You will manage the day-to-day activities of your team, ensuring alignment with project goals and delivery commitments.

You will solve challenging problems at significant scale, leveraging your technical expertise to guide your team through complex development tasks. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the solutions you develop meet customer needs and expectations.
