What you'll do
As the Partner Development Team Manager, you will lead a team of Partner Development Managers, guiding them in their efforts to build and maintain strong relationships with partners. You will be responsible for hiring and coaching your team, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed. Your strategic focus will be on expanding the partner ecosystem and driving partner-sourced business, which will involve collaborating closely with other departments within HubSpot.
You will set clear goals and expectations for your team, regularly reviewing performance and providing constructive feedback. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability and high performance, where team members feel empowered to take initiative and contribute to the company's success. You will also play a key role in developing training programs and resources that support your team's growth and development.
In addition to team management, you will engage with partners to understand their needs and challenges, working to create solutions that benefit both parties. Your ability to build rapport and trust with partners will be crucial in driving successful outcomes.
