What you'll do

You will lead initiatives to implement automation and remote monitoring solutions across fulfillment centers. Your responsibilities will include investigating equipment failures and developing preventive measures to avoid recurrence. You will participate in the launch of new fulfillment centers and standardize maintenance processes to ensure stable operations. Collaborating with the maintenance team and equipment manufacturers, you will drive the adoption of innovative technologies that enhance productivity and safety.
