What you'll do
As a Deployment Engineer at Cyngn, you will lead the deployment lifecycle from the moment the hardware arrives at the customer site until the customer signs off on a fully autonomous workflow. You will be responsible for optimizing the performance of the autonomous vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently in real-world environments. You will provide tier 1 support for the fleet, addressing any issues that arise and maintaining the operational integrity of the vehicles. You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their specific needs and implement solutions that enhance their experience with our technology. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, conducting on-site assessments, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments. You will also engage in map maintenance to ensure the vehicles navigate effectively in their environments. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our autonomous solutions in various industrial settings.
