What you'll do
As an Integration Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our managed partners and enterprise-scale customers. You will assist customers in integrating their e-procurement systems with Amazon Business, ensuring a seamless experience. You will work closely with product teams to relay customer feedback and insights, helping to shape the future of our integration technologies. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, guiding customers through integration processes, and fostering strong relationships with both customers and internal teams.
