What you'll do

As a Live Ops Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end monitoring of linear TV on Prime Video. This includes executing multiple live streaming events and ensuring that video signals from various venues are received and routed through our encoding and packaging infrastructure. You will utilize fully-equipped operations centers to monitor every stage of the signal path, ensuring that customers receive the best possible viewing experience.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot any issues that arise during live events, ensuring that all technical aspects are addressed promptly. Your role will involve continuous improvement of operational processes to enhance the quality and reliability of live streaming services.
