Support Engineer • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have experience in live operations and support, particularly in delivering high-quality live events. You are comfortable working with internal and external partners to perform pre-event checks and triage any audio/video or OTT issues. You operate with limited guidance from management and are adept at driving issues to resolution. Your background includes aiding in the development and testing of operational tools that improve efficiency through automation, and you contribute to the creation and improvement of support documentation. You are also skilled in training others to ensure the best results for customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering live sports and music events to a high standard globally. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that all pre-event checks are completed and that any issues are triaged effectively. Your responsibilities will include owning support activities for services and regularly collaborating with development teams to establish and improve service support. You will also contribute to the development of operational tools that enhance efficiency through automation and assist in creating and refining support documentation. Additionally, you will play a key role in training team members to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
