Who you are
You have a strong background in system administration, particularly with UKG Workforce Central and UKG Pro WFM applications. Your expertise allows you to configure, maintain, and secure these platforms effectively, ensuring high availability and data integrity. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for operational excellence, which drives you to proactively identify and resolve issues.
With experience in managing end-to-end solution lifecycles, you are adept at gathering requirements, implementing changes, and monitoring system performance. You understand the importance of configuration management and change control, and you enforce these procedures to maintain system integrity. Your technical knowledge is complemented by your ability to bridge business needs with system capabilities, making you a valuable asset to any team.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that scheduling and forecasting needs are met. What you'll do
In this role, you will own the configuration and operational excellence of the UKG Workforce Central and UKG Pro WFM platforms. You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and securing these applications, ensuring they meet the needs of Amazon Grocery Stores. Your role will involve implementing and enforcing configuration management, change control, and versioning procedures to maintain system integrity.
You will monitor system performance and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to minimize downtime. Additionally, you will own and maintain weekly scheduling jobs, ensuring that auto-generated schedules are accurate and error-free. Conducting weekly labor audits will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to validate scheduling job success and identify any labor allocation irregularities.
Collaboration will be key in this position, as you will work with product and tech teams to identify automation opportunities and build AI-based solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders will ensure that business needs are met and that the systems you manage are aligned with operational goals.
