What you'll do
In this role, you will design and maintain self-service tools for Nitro card integration, validation, and health monitoring. You will enable customers to independently configure RAMDisk and perform validation tasks, creating intuitive workflows that enhance user experience. Your responsibilities will include identifying friction points in existing processes and improving tooling and system design to facilitate smoother integration. You will implement metrics and monitoring systems to track adoption and performance, ensuring that self-service features maintain quality parity with managed processes. Additionally, you will resolve technical escalations related to self-service tool issues, providing support to internal teams and partners. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of Nitro hardware integration across manufacturing and data center environments.
