Desirable

Experience with revenue recognition and familiarity with accounting software would be beneficial. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances will enhance your success in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the revenue cycle from end to end, ensuring that revenue is recorded accurately and in a timely manner. You will lead the month-end close process for all revenue-related tasks, coordinating with various teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards. Your responsibilities will include researching accounting standards and suggesting best practices for implementation. You will draft the necessary accounting memos and whitepapers to document your conclusions and recommendations. Additionally, you will review new offerings and contracts to determine revenue requirements, building processes to support these initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in financial reporting.
