What you'll do
As a Technical Account Manager at Plaid, you will own the long-term technical success of enterprise clients, ensuring they achieve their goals using Plaid's solutions. You will provide proactive strategic and technical guidance, helping customers navigate their technical challenges and connect them with the right Plaid offerings. Your role will involve staying up to date with Plaid's technological improvements and new product offerings, enabling you to serve as a product expert for your clients.
You will collaborate closely with Account Managers and other cross-functional teams to design and execute technical strategies that drive customer success. By gathering and analyzing customer feedback, you will influence Plaid's product direction and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in ensuring that customers become lifelong advocates for Plaid.
