Who you are
You have a strong background in technical operations with at least 5 years of experience in managing complex infrastructure systems — you've successfully delivered continuous process improvements and ramped new products in fast-paced environments. Your strategic thinking is complemented by your tactical execution skills, allowing you to navigate challenges effectively. You are adept at managing relationships with contract manufacturing partners and external rack integrators to ensure the highest quality products are delivered on time and at the lowest cost.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working alongside software, hardware, and network engineers, as well as supply chain specialists and operations managers — your ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams is one of your key strengths. You are committed to maintaining the highest standards for safety and security while optimizing operational costs. Desirable
Experience with AWS infrastructure and a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics will set you apart — familiarity with contract manufacturing processes and product life-cycle management is highly desirable.
