Amazon is hiring a Technical Program Manager III to lead large projects in the Selling Partner Services team. You'll be responsible for scoping and delivering projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing time-to-market. This role requires a strong technical program management background.

Who you are

You have a strong technical program management background with experience in managing large-scale projects. You excel at collecting business and systems requirements from various stakeholders and translating them into actionable specifications. Your ability to drive project schedules from design to release is complemented by your excellent communication skills, allowing you to clearly articulate goals and responsibilities to cross-functional teams.

You thrive in environments where you can lead and coordinate design and implementation efforts between internal teams and external partners. Your experience with multi-tenant systems and understanding of human-in-the-loop processes will enable you to contribute effectively to the Case Management System. You are adept at making trade-offs to optimize project timelines while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for scoping and delivering large projects end-to-end, focusing on the Case Management System. You will collect business and systems requirements from both internal and external customers, ensuring that all specifications are well-documented. Your role will involve driving project schedules from design through to production launch, coordinating efforts between various teams and external vendors.

You will lead the design and implementation efforts, ensuring that the solutions developed meet the needs of the hundreds of tenants and tens of thousands of users relying on the system. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams will be crucial as you manage project goals and desired outcomes. You will also be expected to analyze and optimize processes to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the system.
