What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a groundbreaking initiative within the India Grocery and Everyday Essentials team, focusing on developing a new quick commerce experience. You will collaborate closely with senior software development engineers (SDEs), front-end engineers (FEEs), and product engineers (PEs) to create a seamless shopping journey that spans the entire lifecycle from storefront to delivery.

You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving execution across cross-functional teams. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and manage expectations.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will facilitate agile ceremonies, ensuring that the team remains focused and productive. You will also mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow in their roles.

You will leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and continuously improve the user experience. Your ability to analyze metrics and feedback will be crucial in refining the product and ensuring it meets customer needs.
