What you'll do

In this role, you will support the Ring and Blink CS Technology Enablement team by managing vendor operations and contractor administration. You will oversee the documentation management process, ensuring that all information is organized and accurate. Your responsibilities will include managing purchase orders and invoice tracking, as well as overseeing contractor permissions and onboarding processes. You will act as a backup for the team's scrum process, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring that the team adheres to Scrum principles. Collaborating closely with Finance, you will maintain clear documentation and track spending related to vendor expenses. You will also help shepherd team members through security and privacy reviews, ensuring compliance with Amazon's operational standards.
