You have a strong background in technical support and enablement, with experience in designing learning programs that drive behavior change. You understand the importance of creating a culture of knowledge sharing and are passionate about leveraging AI to enhance workplace efficiency.
You are skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and have a knack for facilitating engaging learning sessions. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams makes you a valuable partner in driving AI adoption across functions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the primary responder in G2 support channels, troubleshooting issues and helping employees solve technical problems. You will design and facilitate office hours and other troubleshooting sessions to ensure that employees feel supported in their use of AI tools.
You will triage complex issues to the Product team or escalate them as necessary, ensuring that all technical challenges are addressed promptly. Your strategic partnership with the G2 and BizOps teams will be crucial in building the technical support infrastructure needed for successful AI integration.
