Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in technical program management, particularly in infrastructure or data center projects — you've successfully led cross-functional teams and understand the complexities involved in delivering large-scale projects. Your background includes working with diverse teams of engineers and specialists, allowing you to navigate technical discussions effectively.

You possess a strong understanding of AWS services and infrastructure — your expertise enables you to make informed decisions that align with business goals while ensuring the highest standards of safety and security. You are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and driving them to completion.

Your communication skills are exceptional — you can articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams. You thrive in an inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives and encourages innovative thinking.

Desirable

Experience in supply chain management or operations is a plus, as it complements your technical skills and enhances your ability to manage project timelines and budgets effectively. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies will further strengthen your candidacy.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Amazon, you will lead the planning and execution of data center infrastructure projects — your role will involve collaborating with software, hardware, and network engineers to ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned and executed efficiently.
