Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools is a plus. Familiarity with data center operations or construction processes would enhance your ability to contribute to the team. A background in technical program management within a global organization is highly desirable.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and own a Smartsheet-based solution to support the global AWS Data Center Capacity Delivery organization. You will establish the product roadmap and oversee tool development and ongoing maintenance. Your responsibilities will include inventing and simplifying processes, managing program communications, and onboarding and training users. You will work closely with partner teams to ensure that the system functionality aligns with user needs and expectations. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining training and program-related documentation to support users effectively. Your role will require you to excel at managing multiple priorities and collaborating with subject matter experts across various disciplines.
