Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in thermal engineering with experience in developing thermal solutions for consumer electronics. Your expertise includes leading end-to-end thermal design processes, ensuring compliance with safety and reliability standards. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable navigating uncertainties while delivering innovative solutions.

You possess advanced skills in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and are proficient in tools such as Star-CCM+ and FloEFD. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess feasibility and risks effectively, and you are adept at developing data processing and statistical analysis frameworks to enhance insight quality.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the thermal design for system-on-chip (SoC) and consumer electronics, overseeing the entire process from concept design to product integration. You will perform advanced CFD simulations to evaluate thermal performance and develop strategies for risk mitigation. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing thermal validation for devices, ensuring they meet safety and qualification requirements.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to influence product decisions and establish thermal limits and temperature thresholds. Your role will also involve supporting creative developments through rigorous analysis and testing of complex electronic assemblies, utilizing advanced simulation and experimentation techniques.
