What you'll do
In this role, you will evaluate and optimize thermal solution requirements for consumer electronic products, ensuring that they meet performance and reliability standards. You will utilize advanced simulation tools like Star-CCM+ and FloTherm XT/EFD to analyze and design products, validating design modifications through simulations and actual prototypes. Establishing temperature thresholds for user comfort and component reliability will be a key responsibility, as will collaborating with your device team to iterate and optimize design parameters. You will support creative developments through rigorous analysis and testing of complex electronic assemblies, contributing to the overall product architecture and system validation leading up to manufacturing release.
